Depending on your needs, you can choose 1 out of 4 licences, with the latter providing the most options. There is also a 5th licence regarding free maps.
Summary of the provisions of the
Basic Licence
– Umowa Licencyjna Podstawowa
1. Under the Basic Licence – Umowa Licencyjna Podstawowa:
(a) You have the right to use the map in whole or in part by producing up to 50 copies;
(b) You are obliged not to remove the Imprint and to keep it visible in such a way that the recipient can read it;
(c) You do not have the right to publish the map on the internet.
2. This document is only a summary of the provisions of the Licence Agreement. The full wording of the rights and mutual obligations of the Parties results from the License Agreement and only this document is binding between the Parties.
Summary of the provisions of the
Advanced Licence
– Umowa Licencyjna Zaawansowana
1. Under the Advanced Licence – Umowa Licencyjna Zaawansowana:
(a) You have the right to use the map in whole or in part by producing up to 500 copies;
(b) You are obliged not to remove the Imprint and to keep it visible in such a way that the recipient can read it;
(c) You do not have the right to publish the map on the internet.
2. This document is only a summary of the provisions of the Licence Agreement. The full wording of the rights and mutual obligations of the Parties results from the License Agreement and only this document is binding between the Parties.

Proficient Licence
– Umowa Licencyjna Profesjonalna
1. Under the Proficient Licence – Umowa Licencyjna Profesjonalna:
(a) You have the right to use the map in whole or in part by producing up to 5000 copies;
(b) You are obliged not to remove the Imprint and to keep it visible in such a way that the recipient can read it;
(c) You do not have the right to publish the map on the internet.

1. Under the Unlimited Licence – Umowa Licencyjna Nieograniczona:
(a) You have the right to use the map in whole or in part by producing the copies without limitation;
(b) You are obliged not to remove the Imprint and to keep it visible in such a way that the recipient can read it;
(c) You have the right to publish the map on the internet.

1. Under the Free Licence – Umowa Licencyjna Bezpłatna:
(a) You have the right to use the map in whole or in part by producing the copies without limitation;
(b) You are obliged not to remove the Imprint and to keep it visible in such a way that the recipient can read it;
(c) You have the right to publish the map on the internet.
d) in case of a map for humanitarian purposes, you may use it free of charge only for these purposes.
